The advantage of Sand Filter
1. Small size, easy installment. It could be installed outdoor, compact and save volume.
2. Sand filter has very good corrosion resistance and has long life to use.
3. Sand filter filters large amount of water, it has good filter effect and fast flow rate.
4. Automatic Back-flushing: Sand filter back-flushing is identified and controlled by intelligent control system automatically,no need manual intervention, it could fit automatically even there is suspended object fluctuation.
5. Uninterrupted water supply: when the equipment is back-flushing, it is filtering at the same time, the system supplies
water as usual.
6. Use refined quartz sand or garnet as filter media, you could homogenize the smallest particle size of 0.16mm filter material according to the water quality.
Filter Stage:
Water flow into sand filter, pass sand filter layer evenly, impurities is intercepted in the layer, the clean water pass the bottom filter cap, and outflow through water outlet, advection filtration could let filter work at high flow rates.
Back-flushing stage:
The filtrated water flow into the filter in the opposite direction, pass through filter cap, sand layer loose, impurities flow out from three-way valve, and discharges from sewage pipe. The back-flushed sand filter continues to enter into works again.
